Club Sincro Sestao Data
In a resolution passed by the Director of Sports of the Basque Government, the registration of the CD DE NATACIÓN SINCRONIZADA DE SESTAO in the register of sports entities of the Basque Country is ordered, resulting in: That on March 11, 1999, the aforementioned Sports Club deposited the documentation requested for this purpose with the Sports Directorate of the Basque Government. The validity of the documents presented in order to request registration and that they contain the requirements stipulated in Decree 29/1989 of February 14.
That the Statutes presented are not contrary to the legal system and that they regulate the aspects contemplated in Article 6 of the Decree establishing the system for the constitution and operation of Sports Clubs and Sports Associations.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 5 of Decree 29/1989, it is the responsibility of the Basque Government's Sports Directorate to register all Sports Clubs that meet the established eligibility requirements.
For all these reasons, it is resolved: To approve the Statutes of the SESTAO Synchronized Swimming Association. To register the aforementioned Sports Club in the Register of Sports Entities under number 2640.
